We offer an innovative wearable payment solution using tokenization, which ensures security and convenience. We are partnered with Fidesmo Pay, Visa, and MasterCard, and our platform supports a variety of banks. To set up your CNICK ring, simply connect a card from any of our partner banks. To check if your card and bank are on our support list, please visit our website How it Works > Payment. Note that our ring is not compatible with Amex cards at this time
If your card is not on our supported list, you can get a Curve digital card in just a few minutes. You can link any MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and even UK PayPal accounts to Curve. Once your Curve card is connected to your ring, any of your cards or PayPal account linked to Curve will also be connected to the ring. Learn more
To find your Curve card details (number and CVV), open the Curve app and go to Launchpad > Account > Card Details.

If you received a CNICK Ring and the CNICK app indicates that the device isn’t compatible, it means you have the non-payment version of the CNICK Ring. Most likely, it's only compatible with the Tesla key.
If you're trying to connect your payment card to the ring and it keeps failing, first make sure your card is on our supported list by visiting the website under How it Works > Payment. If it is, and the app still isn't working, restart your phone. If the issue persists, contact our support via email at hello@cnick.io and provide a screenshot of the error.
If the CNICK app doesn't scan your ring, make sure your phone's NFC is enabled and that the ring is properly positioned against the phone. Touch the flat side of the ring to back of your phone. The ring transmits a signal from the circular area, and you'll feel your smartphone vibrate instantly when the ring makes contact with the phone's NFC spot. Tutorial
